You will soon discover that you and your youth are a part of a vigorous and dynamic training program run by volunteer professionals who are dedicated and committed to providing a meaningful service to youth.  These military and civilian professionals conduct a challenging and demanding training program that ensures each youth the quality personal growth that takes his or her best interest in mind.  Extending your trust and respect to these bolunteers is paramount.

Active participation by parents and guardians is extremely important in the development and nurturing process of their youth.  Parent participation in the Young Marines program is required, and begings with parents supporting all of the program's training philosophies.
